Purpose:  Create further interest in poultry science and prepare for employment opportunities in the industry.  Promote friendship and cooperation among students and faculty.

Activities, Projects, Programs:
     1.  Ag Open House, Ag Careers Day
     2.  Service projects for the department
     3.  Prepare and serve chicken barbecues as fund
          raising projects
     4.  Seek scholarships and interships from poultry
          related enterprises
     5.  Aid in the support of the poultry judging team
     6.  Participate in Southeastern Poultry
          Convention and employment interview
          program in Atlanta, GA or in the Midwestern
          Poultry Convention and Interview program in 
          Minneapolis, MN
     7.  Fall Barbecue
