This new initiative is designed to educate Kansas youth about the livestock industry through an engaging summer experience hosted by K-State Animal Sciences and Industry. The goal of this academy will be to further develop young leaders within the livestock industry and prepare them for a successful future in this field. Twenty-five high school students will be selected to participate via an application process. Applications are available online and due March 20.

2009 Kansas Horse Show Judges List

This list was developed to help counties locate individuals interested in judging open and 4-H horse shows.  These individuals have attended a training on judging horse shows at least once in the last three years and have obtained a passing score.
