Registration fee includes breakfast. lunch and tour transportation on Friday; breakfast, lunch and speakers on Saturday; a t-shirt, conference gift and the possibility of various other items. The registration fees are as follows:
- $180/delegate if postmarked before June 1.
- $195/delegate if postmarked after June. 1.
